“MILE OF PENNIES” Kickoff
Sunday November 9th

On November 16th we will collect monies for the North Carolina Children’s Homes. This has been titled the “Mile of Pennies Offering.” To cover a mile in pennies it takes $844.80. Each and every penny collected will go directly to our children’s homes in order to care and provide for their needs. It is within our ability to raise funds to cover 4 miles for a total of $3,379.20. or 337920 in pennies. The boys and girls at each of these homes are in need of our support.

To support the North Carolina Children’s Homes we need to cover three areas: Prayer, hands on projects, and financial needs. Whatever gifts you possess make sure that you use them to the glory and honor of our Savior Jesus Christ. No matter the gift or the talent, use that as a faithful steward to recognize God’s gifts of grace, mercy and peace placed upon us through Jesus Christ.

Next time pick that penny up and place it into your pocket to use as a faithful servant.
